Looking for this stamped Korean Eevee BW promo (and for more info about it 
Apparently it has something to do with a Korean event in 2013 named ‘Pokemon Town’? The stamp translates to something like ‘Welcome to Pokemontown, find the missing Pokemon’. I have never seen this card before or heard about it until today.
Princerange: I have no clue honestly, let’s say 50-100 euro’s/USD?

I believe this is a jumbo card.
I don’t know if a non-jumbo variant exists, but if it did I feel like it would have a promo number

@cia127eevee just got this for their collection. They are extremely hard to find. I have known about it for 3 years and have not seen one for sale or in a collection until yesterday.
