The last new cert zard with buy it now went for US $4,259.00 and was an 8xxx and that sold 8/3 so it was a recent comp.
pricingcharting is off because they are including bgs and cgc 9s which go for less and bring down average
regardless im glad your investing in this set. The reverses are “unsearchable” so this ct scan fiasco wont negatively impact prices in the future. Also of the wotc sets this is one of the lowest left in supply. wise choice. great price appreciation coming your way
It was not sold for $4,259. ThePokemonNetwork delisted it and probably sold it off of eBay for an undisclosed amount.
These are the most recent (public) sales in 2024. The 9xxx cert for $3,878.90 was ended by COMC as well, so it likely sold for below that price.
$3,250-$3,750 seems like the true market price. PS: New cert premiums are goofy. 
I’m just looking for the “new labels” i.e they can be 27xxxxx till recent certs.
I’m thinking a 3k USD offer for the Charizard plus outside of (FE)EBAY would net the seller more.
