Assuming you’re after Neo Genesis Azumarill the offer might be too low. Imho. we are talking about at least $300 card, if we look at population numbers it’s equally hard to grade as PSA 10 1st ed. Pichu which receives $600++ offers all the time. :blush:

thanks, i was using pokemon price which was showing sale of $100-$110. If someone has one i am happy to discuss price.

Yeah those sales are 2-3 years old and have nothing to do with current sales, PSA 10 unlimited Azumarill would be closer to $150-$160 range. Good luck hunting down the 1st ed. copy.
