All cards must be mint condition, capable of a Becketts/CGC/PSA 9 minimum. If you have already graded them then I’ll pay the second price for a graded 9, can negotiate more if there’s a 10. I’m very close to collecting every English variation of Raichu cards (see my profile) so appreciate any help you can give.
I live in the UK but have a USA parcel forwarding company I can use, prices will be in £ but will pay local currency no problem.
