ISO the recently graded Pop 1 PSA 10 Dragonair Reverse from ex Dragon. Haven’t been on this site in a very long time but maybe some fellow collectors can assist.

I am paying a $100 finders fee to anyone that can get me in touch with the owner and ends with the card in my hand.

I have over 75+ Unique Dragonair slabs and this has been missing for many years. Looking to pay a very generous amount for this card. Thanks in advance
