Welcome to the forum as well! I am sure you will find that many members here have these cards and you will be much more likely to find them if you make a solid offer at market price as you mentioned you are ready to pay. Hence the rule we recently added.
To flush them out you will need to offer retail prices typically here. Especially for these cards as they are highly sought after and continuing to rise in value.
