2500 is usually around what’s listed on eBay, and even so there has been one up at 2200 for a few weeks and doesn’t even sell. And you know anyone with them on eBay is willing to go atleast 10% less through PayPal since they don’t have to pay eBay fees. One recently sold for just under 2k on eBay and you know then that person is only getting 1800 for it after fees
@pokemonmaster556 Yeah you were the first person I thought of when I got the email. But when I went to your post I realized you had already gotten yours haha. Congrats btw
IF its flawless everywhere the overall subgrading shall keep it as a 10.
My pristine zam would have been a 9.5 gem mint if they gave the corners a 10 instead of 9.5 for the subgrade. Even though all the subgrades = past a 9.5 the 8.5 centering murdered it… However… PSA would probably give it a 10, and bgs would probably give it a 9.5 if i send in for review because i dont understand dem corner 9.5 grade.
I will throw things
My friend has a similar zard he got recently with similar centering. HE tried to grade it twice. Came back with a 9… I reckon this one is just that bit better centering wise.
Also… I wonder if this one will go much lower purely because that centering… hmmm.s feelerbz.
Centering looks past 40-60, easily. The entire frame is pushed to the top left. The back of the card isn’t flawless either: there’s some whitening on the corners of the back, especially the bottom left.
Clearly the grader let centering slide regardless, which is surprising: centering is the sole determining factor for almost all 10s. There are stacks and stacks of 9s with flawless backs and foil but 65-35 centering.
Just sent 2 pack fresh shadowless charizards in to PSA and 1 additional perfectly centered, flawless “9” in for review. They’re all coming back in a week or two.
