Those are more than fair offers. If you’re patient you should be able to snag lickitung and primape for sub $30. Wartortle in the $50-70 range. The non holos aren’t bad to grade if you can find a NM/M set for sale

Primape available at 80$ BIN on ebay. Expensive for a 9 but it’s available, assuming you want English.
I found a Primape… had to pay 90 for it though… still looking for the turtle, puff, and Lickitung…
