I’ve seen PSA 9 mudkips and treeckos for sale, but no torchics sadly. The last good graded one I saw was the PWCC PSA 10 torchic that sold for $800
Is it gradable?
Would you buy ungraded ones if they were in mint condition? Mine would very likely return as 9’s.

Probably 8 at best, I wouldn’t grade it personally.
