Want to buy a tropical wind 99 preferably in PSA 7 condition.
Would like to do a in person deal at Pokémon World’s in London this year if possible.
Offering $16500. (Based off recent cgc 8 that sold on heritage)
Would also possibly consider lower grades if they have a good asthetic and depending on price.
Curious to see where that 8 ends. Tough to get copies these days in 7+ condition.
