As per the title.
I have the only PSA 9 Illustrator Error Blastoise copy, and there are no 10s. This is the only card I’d let it go for, however.
I imagine there are some people on here who may be interested…

Wait is the offer a psa 9 Blastoise error for a psa 10 1st Ed base charizard?!
Bless this thread and all who sail through it.
Seems fair.
In case you don’t know, the charizard is worth at least 100x what the blastoise is worth…
Even an unlimited PSA 10 charizard is worth 5x what the blastoise is worth.
At least he didn’t specify it had to be a new cert charizard
This is tongue-in-cheek, right?
You know when I first read this thread I thought he was asking for a 1st ed base 10 Blastoise and I wondered if it was crazy (had no idea about illus error) but now I see it’s zard lol

Hello, I’m a human being with feelings.
I’d thought that the rarity of the sole PSA 9 Illustrator Error Blastoise might be comparable to the rarity of my grail card. What I didn’t expect was to be blasted and ridiculed for making this thread.
I apologize for making the (apparently ridiculous?) trade offer, but I also have come to expect better from my fellow Pokemon lovers on here.
A mod can delete this thread, thank you.
I’ve said hang in there. A small chance is better than no chance. Yes it’s ambitious but so what.
It all began two years ago, when I started exactly in Dubai one evening while I was alone on the 154th floor of the Bury Khalifa asking myself this question: “Admiral, but what is the best error for a blastoise slab that a private individual can have? What is the real n .1? The real goat?”
Dont listen to the rest of these haters
It’s definitely a nice card but to put into perspective, Zard is like $150k-200k+. There’s a pop 1 CGC 9.5 Snap Gyarados & genuinely one of a kind trophy trainer card on Heritage right now & neither will probably sell for the price of that Zard.
Great that you’re proud to have that card but rarity doesn’t always equate to value. Other members here also have pop 1 & even one of a kind cards that would never command that kind of value atm.
Just to provide some context and actual numbers @jeverstones, a CGC 7 Blastoise Illustrator Error sold for $600 on 6/7/23 and a CGC 3.5 sold for $204 on 6/4/23. There are currently a few copies for sale on eBay: CGC 6 for $1,133, CGC 4.5 for $848, and a raw copy for $750.
Realistically, your card is worth somewhere around $2,000-$3,000 to the right person. I collect these types of errors and I would pay $2,000 for a PSA 9 and $1,000 for a PSA 8.
