Yugioh card information

Hi guys,

I found a couple of these cards in Japan recently, but am not sure where i can find solid information on them. I know a little about them, but i can’t find any proper websites with solid information.

I think i need to notify PSA about this set so that they can grade the cards for me.

  1. What is the process of getting PSA to acknowledge a card?
  2. Does anyone know much about this series? or can provide some weblinks on information?

Here is basically what i know.

These are gameboy advance promotional cards for the yugioh dungeon dice monsters game in 2001. I think they were given out randomly in boxes, and there is 3 variants. Everything is licensed by Konami, and has a pink backside, and 3 specific variants as follows;

i.e
Ultimate rare
Ultra Rare
Secret Rare

Ultimate rare: contains pink text and lesser foil patterns
Ultra rare: contains gold text, with general foil patterns
Secret Rare: contains silver text, with heavy foil patterns, like criss cross shape all around the card.

This is a secret rare version, silver text, and criss cross foil patterns, very shiny and sparkly overall:

It also doesn’t say ‘dark magician girl’, they called her ‘black magician girl’ haha…

It is crazy… i have been getting into yugioh more, and collecting them now… x.x some awesome artworks, and games.
Any info will be appreciated :blush:

I thought they were just more orica cards but hey they’re not o.O! Yeah, I’ve never seen anything like these cards before and I’m really liking that bottom green one the most.

I feel like I’ve definitely seen these graded before… but by BGS. Very interesting one-off pieces that they made; I don’t think there are any other cards like them.

Indeed, you are correct my fellow user. That kind of price will definitely hurt my wallet though.

Oh, nice going with that bgs, I couldn’t find that before.

Looks like a secret rare. With blue ish silvery text. I’m still not sure on the text variants, but if they ate grading that’s a good sign.

Aye, give us a heads up if you find more things like this. Things that are old and that people might not even realize exists.

This one was interesting for sure.
